Delete your data

The app never asks for your name, and there is no account with us. Three things can still be found, and we delete them when you ask:

1. Feedback you sent with your email address, the replies we exchanged in the app, and the email itself. We find them by that address.
2. Your purchase record, if you bought Pro. We find it by your User ID: in the app, open Settings, then About The Game, and tap the User ID to copy it.
3. The app's usage statistics from your device, which we can usually find through the same User ID.

Crash reports carry no ID that leads to anyone, and they are deleted on their own after 90 days. Your saved games, notes and statistics live on your device (and in your phone's own backup, if you use one): deleting the app deletes them from the device.

How to ask

Write to rubigogames@gmail.com from the address you sent feedback from, or with your User ID. We write back when it is done.

If you have Pro

Deleting your purchase record does not cancel a subscription: only the App Store or Google Play can do that, in your account's subscription settings. It does not take Pro away either: the store keeps its own record of what you bought, and Restore Purchases in the app brings Pro back.
